I am Mauranne Bamelis. I am an illustrator and recently also a visual arts teacher, living in Antwerp. I graduated as a master at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. My works are made from my own imagination and feelings. I enjoy experimenting with color and imagery, but also with different techniques in one image. I like to challenge myself and always look for new combinations. The intention is for the viewer to give free rein to his imagination without me placing any restrictions on it. Images sometimes say much more than words
